Cinnamon Acres HOA Board is governed by five Board Member positions. The primary responsibilities of the Board include:
- Adherence to Covenants
- Overseeing the financial health of the HOA
- Overseeing neighborhood services (i.e. snow removal, common area maintenance, entrances and so on)
- Keeping the home owners involved and informed

Serving as Vice President is Ellie Lo Surdo-Clines cinnamonacresvp2020@gmail.com | In the absence of the President, the Vice President performs the duties of the President with all the powers of and is subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice President also performs other duties as needed. |
Serving as Secretary is Matt Stevens [email protected] | The Secretary keeps the minutes of the members’ and of the Board of Directors’ meetings, sees that all notices are given in accordance with the Bylaws or as required by law and is custodian of the corporate records. |
Serving as Treasurer is Steve Worden [email protected] | The Treasurer is responsible for all funds and securities of the HOA, receives monies due and payables depositing all monies into HOA accounts to include HOA dues. The Treasurer submits all financial records in accordance with the Bylaws or as required by law |
Serving as Member at Large is Merrill Neary [email protected] | The Member at Large serves as a liaison between home owners and the Board. Duties and responsibilities are not fixed but instead vary according to the needs of the HOA and home owners. |
