HOA Board meetings are open to all residents of Cinnamon Acres. If you live in the neighborhood and have a topic or concern you would like to bring to the Board, please let them know ahead of time. You can call or email any Board Member or submit an online contact form here.
The HOA Board meets on the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings come to order at 7:00pm and are held at the Chalco Natural Resources Center, 8901 S 154th St, Omaha, NE 68138. Changes will be posted here.
Annual meetings are held during the first quarter of every year. These meetings are typically held on a Saturday morning also at the Chalco Natural Resources Center, 8901 S 154th St, Omaha, NE 68138. We will also post a video conference link for those who can’t attend in person.
If you would like to attend a monthly Board Meeting through video attendance, please make a request ahead of time and we will be happy to make arrangements. It takes all of us working together to ensure Cinnamon Acres is a neighborhood all residents enjoy. Your input matters to us!
